The son of a business owner, Jim worked as a janitor and delivery boy before college, watching his father lead sales and operations of a medium size printing company. Yes, he has a Ph.D. but he’s not an “ivory tower” academic. His research was on the human factors that influence business functioning and he understands the ins and outs of managing and motivating employees based on their wiring.
